Itamar Stamler (b. 1992, Tel Aviv) lives and works in Tel Aviv. He received a bachelor's degree with honors from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem, in 2017. Stamler's artistic endeavors have been showcased in various group exhibitions, notably at the Kuperman Gallery at Kibbutz Lohamei Hagetaot as part of the Maimari project curated by Nicola Trezzi (2017), the Lights Festival in Tel Aviv (2018), and the Print Screen Festival curated by Lior Zalmanson in Holon (2019).
Additionally, Stamler has presented two solo exhibitions: the first, titled "The Third Floor On the Left," in Tel Aviv, curated by Meital Aviram (2019), and the second within Atar's residence building, where he also completed a three-month residency program in Jaffa (2019). Noteworthy group exhibitions include participation in BIDUD's show at Hansen House, Jerusalem (2020), curated by Tamir Erlich and Noy Haymovich, and the Haifa Museum's group exhibition in Haifa (2021), curated by Anat Markovich.
Stamler's work was also featured in a group exhibition at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Beer Sheva (2021-2022), curated by Yishai Shapira Kletter. He recently had a duo show at Hamidrasha Gallery Hayarkon 19 curated by Avi Lubin. Stamler recently completed a residency at Cite des Arts Paris (2023) and his MFA studies at Luca in Brussels. Notably, he participated in a group show at Briefing Room in Brussels, curated by Steffen Zillig and Andrzej Steinbach.
